A stunningly orchestrated ensemble of 11 buildings designed by 5 nationally and internationally acclaimed architecture firms. Each building has its unique signature, becoming a special piece of the larger puzzle.

A car-free neighborhood with expansive green areas – ensuring a high-quality living environment and a healthy microclimate, with a nature-based and open design by the Danish landscape architecture firm SLA. The courtyards and squares each have their unique flair, from alpine gardens to green oases.

A carbon-neutral and 100% ESG-compliant neighborhood with an energy concept based on natural resources and over 100 ESG measures in accordance with the Taxonomy Regulation and the UNSDGs.
Sustainability
A subway station right in the neighborhood, with tram and bus stops directly outside—short routes to the city center and to nature, 1,500 bike parking spaces, some in a dedicated bike garage, and a mobility concept including sharing, pooling, and dynamic parking.
